Will the product resonate in the new market? Does it have the right positioning? Does the organization have the capability to market the product and develop a successful go-to-market strategy?
Not all customers love your product. You need to spend time figuring out who are they and what they look like. You should have an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in mind that will define the top 20% of your early customers.
